Marriage License:

Your marriage license may be obtained from any County Clerks office in California, any time within 90 days of your wedding. A valid photo identification is required and both parties must be present.

In San Bernardino, the County Clerk’s office is in the Hall of Records Building, located at 222 W. Hospitality Lane. The phone number is (909) 387-8334. Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
