About Us: Mountain Lakes Wedding Association
Serving the San Bernardino Mountain areas of Lake Gregory, Lake Arrowhead and Big Bear Lake, the Mountain Lakes Wedding Association is a group of wedding professionals who have joined together to promote their businesses, network with one another, and provide valuable and easily accessible resources to the hundreds of couples who wish to get married, have their honeymoon, or plan a special event in the mountain area.
From a romantic, intimate Big Bear wedding to a grand, elegant Lake Arrowhead wedding reception, our mountain areas can accommodate your every desire. Here you will find a unique variety of lodging choices, from elegant B&B's and rustic cabins to full service resorts. Our Lodging Association members can offer truly romantic honeymoon suites, including fireplaces, jacuzzi tubs, milk baths and more. Special services, including ski packages to our local resorts, are also available. January through mid March is usually our best ski season. And best of all, it is just one hour from many Southern California locations. Closer than you think, it's your romantic getaway from the everyday.

Honeymooning in the mountains? Couples love to take advantage of secluded hiking trails in the San Bernardino National Forest, so a blanket and picnic supplies are handy to bring along. Be sure to pack sturdy, comfortable shoes for mountain terrain, and boots for snow in the winter.
Winter, spring, summer or fall, there are plenty of fabulous and fun things to do and many restaurants with a variety of cuisines and unique atmosphere. Your Innkeeper will be happy to assist you in finding just the right activity to suit you.
You can get a little area history by taking a tour on the Lake Arrowhead Queen, Big Bear Miss Liberty or Big Bear Queen. And shopping in the Lake Arrowhead or Big Bear Villages is a must! You can go charter fishing or to the zoo in Big Bear, take in a movie or just enjoy a scenic drive... you're sure to have romance, tranquility, and many, many, wonderful memories. Big Bear even has an airport open 24 hours every day and is equipped for night landings.
